1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and A2 Infotech Solutions.

2. Services Overview

A2 Infotech Solutions provides:

  • Website Development: Custom websites, landing pages, e-commerce platforms
  • Branding & Logo Design: Brand identity, logos, visual systems
  • Digital Marketing: Social media, content marketing, campaigns
  • Meta Ads: Facebook and Instagram advertising
  • SEO Services: Search engine optimization and audits

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Structure

  • Landing Pages (₹2,999-₹4,999): 100% upfront
  • Standard Websites (₹17,999-₹24,999): 50% upfront, 50% on completion
  • Premium Websites (₹34,999+): 40% upfront, 30% midpoint, 30% completion

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept bank transfer, UPI, online gateways, and cash (local clients).

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide content, images, and materials timely
  • Respond to feedback requests within 5 business days
  • Provide accurate information and requirements
  • Ensure proper licensing for provided content
  • Maintain regular communication

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables. We retain portfolio rights.

5.2 Third-Party Components

Third-party assets (fonts, plugins, stock images) remain subject to their original licenses.

6. Warranties and Support

  • 30 days of free bug fixes and technical support
  • Services performed with professional skill and care
  • No guarantees on specific rankings or traffic
  • Extended support available separately

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Payments for completed work are non-refundable. We reserve the right to terminate for breach of terms or non-payment.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
