Refund Policy

At A2 Infotech Solutions, we are committed to delivering exceptional services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and issued.

2. Initial Deposit

The initial deposit (40-50% of project cost) is non-refundable once work begins. This covers:

  • Project planning and research
  • Resource allocation and scheduling
  • Initial design and development work
  • Time commitment and opportunity cost

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Before Work Begins

  • Within 24 hours: 90% refund (10% admin fee)
  • Within 48 hours: 80% refund
  • After 48 hours: 70% refund

3.2 During Development

  • 0-25% complete: 50% of remaining balance
  • 26-50% complete: 30% of remaining balance
  • 51-75% complete: 15% of remaining balance
  • 76-100% complete: No refund

3.3 After Completion

No refunds after final delivery and approval. We provide 30 days of free support.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Third-party costs (domains, hosting, premium plugins)
  • Stock assets (photos, fonts, graphics)
  • Completed deliverables
  • Marketing and advertising expenses
  • Consultation and meeting time

5. Service-Specific Policies

5.1 Website Development

  • Landing pages: No refund after mockup delivery
  • Standard websites: Milestone-based refunds
  • Premium websites: Refunds based on uncompleted milestones

5.2 Branding & Logo Design

  • Refunds only before initial concepts
  • No refunds after concept presentation

5.3 Digital Marketing

  • Monthly fees are non-refundable
  • Ad spend is separate and non-refundable
  • 30 days notice required for cancellation

6. Refund Process

  2. Include project details and reason
  3. Review within 5-7 business days
  4. Processing within 10-14 business days if approved

7. Refund Methods

Refunds issued via original payment method:

  • Bank transfer: 3-5 business days
  • UPI: 1-3 business days
  • Payment gateway: 5-10 business days

8. No Refund Situations

  • Change of mind after work begins
  • Client-caused delays
  • Scope changes by client
  • Technical limitations of client's environment
  • Third-party service issues
  • Subjective preferences
